Standards

* These movements (and some other, more skilled work) may be included in the later stages of the competition or at the end of an event, however the rep count will be adjusted to be suitable for the scaled division but still challenge you.

** If you are competing in a team, at least one person in the team must be able to perform these movements (not unbroken). If you are competing as an individual, you are expected to be able to handle these movements (not unbroken). These movements may appear before the final event.

* The above weights are working weights in an event. Heavier weights may appear for a barbell movement but, the rep count will be adjusted to suit the division.
