The successful competition Kronan Throwdown Mixed team of 2!
This years mixed competition will be programmed by Alexander Elebro. Alexander has been at the CrossFit Games 5 times in team division. He also has his own CrossFit program called "Original Training"
It will be a fun edition to our competition to have Alexander on board. We can promise you some fun events!
Scaled,Intermediate, Master 35+ & RX division.
