Standards 2022

RX
As an RX athlete you should master everything. Be prepared!

Intermediate Athlete

As an intermediate athlete you should be prepared for loading and gymnastic same as Crossfit Open.
The weights are not one rep max, but weights you have to manage in workouts. Heavier weights can occur in one rep max events. 

Heavier weights can occur in events however, in such cases reps will be reduced.

Snatch 43 kg 35 kg
Deadlift 100 kg   80 kg
Thrusters 43 kg 35 kg
Dumbbell 22,5 kg 15 kg
Kettlebell 24kg 16 kg
OHS 43 kg  35 kg 
In gymnastics you should be able to do the following exercises in workouts:
Single Unders
Pullups & Chest to bar
Double unders
HSPU
Pistols
Rope Climbs
The following may be included
in the final event (not unbroken)
BMU
HS Walk


Scaled Athlete

As an scaled athlete you should be ready for lighter barbell loading and easier gymnastic. 
The weights are not one rep max, but weights you have to manage in workouts. Heavier weights can occur in one rep max events. 

Heavier weights can occur in events however, in such cases reps will be reduced.

Masters Athletes 

As an master athletes you should be ready as intermediate athlete, but with some weights reduction in heavier workouts.

In order to know in which Masters Class you and your partner will compete. You need to combine your age.

In Masters 75+, both atheletes needs to be atleast 75 years old together, where the youngest can be a minimum of 35 years old.
In Masters 95+, both atheletes needs to be atleast 95 years old together, where the youngest can be a minimum of 45 years old.
